Website prices, descriptions and photography
Prices stated on the website are approximate, per person and include VAT. Each event is priced individually upon request. The eventual price depends on the number of participants, activities involved and venue. We reserve the right to change our guide prices without notice.

We have tried hard to ensure that descriptions and illustrations used on our website are accurate. However, these are intended to give a general idea of the activity described and do not form part of any contract between you and Grand Adventures.

Payment
Your event organiser will inform you of the payment process as part of the proposal/quote service offered. A non-refundable deposit is usually required at the time of booking, with the balance being payable prior to commencement of the event. Payment is made directly to the Event Organiser by credit/debit card, direct bank payment, cash or cheque.

Suppliers
Grand Adventures works in conjunction with event companies and activity suppliers to procure the activities required for each event. You are bound by their terms and conditions upon booking an event, details of which can be provided by the event organiser on request.

Any information provided by you to us will only be shared with our suppliers for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We, nor any of our business partners will use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The placing of an enquiry or order for any goods or services by you will constitute consent to us passing on such details.

Trademarks and copyright
All third party copyright, trademarks, brand names, product names and titles on this website are acknowledged. This website is protected by Copyright and the Copyright, Trademarks, logos and Intellectual Property rights for the content of the GrandAdventures.co.uk website are the property of Grand Adventures Ltd.
